[11:38 PM]

we had national day celebration in school but let's not go deep into it cos well it wasn't the star(??) of today's events ESPECIALLY because we screwed up the concert. but well it wasn't exactly our fault... bleargh... so freaking irritated by it... but let's just forget it and move on to the more important one, our Post-Rapture cum J2 Farewell Party.

let me just start by saying the cake rawkz my yellow stripy freaking UGLY socks!

it was a cake that wasn't a cake. it tasted more like biscuits and oh my Holy God the chocolate was sooo heavenly... Heon! GOOD JOB FOR THE CAKE! and the Rapture poster on the cake was truly classic... such brilliant things we excos come up with eh hahaha!

the games were great. the foods were err... hahah... if only they were halal... but oh well it didn't bother me much.

but the best part of the event was definitely the finale. Corinne you did a magnificent job on the video. it was truly touching and undoubtedly priceless. i am so getting a copy from you you little fishball! the postcards ahh yes the postcards! i didn't expect our seniors to really go wild over them, especially Wanting who was loving her hulk photo she was so proud of it in fact! hahah! seeing them appreciating it really touched me. to some people it might just be a parody but to me, it means a lot. they might look funny they might look hilarious, but it's filled with much TLC. i owe it to the printing quality however. all we had it mind was normal paper printing but thanks to Kanghao, he suggested printing them as proper photographs. if it had been photocopy paper, the outcome and the response from the seniors would have definitely been so much different i believe. Yewwei, Kanghao, we did a great job on it :)

hugs, tears... emotions were running high... i didn't want the night to end. i didn't want the seniors to go as yet. there's still so much to be learnt from them we still need their support and guidance, the encouragement, their never ending love. who do we look up to now that they're gone? who's gonna tell us with an assuring smile that we did great even when we know it was crap? time to stand on our own.

as a form of gratitude they performed to us their batch's most well-known number, S.A.X. we might have seen it a gazillion times but somehow, tonight, it had that something extra to it. it was truly special and i even thought it looked different. i felt like i was watching it for the very first time. then the boys joined in for Sway, and soon, we had the whole dance society dancing to Hollaback Girl. dancing with the seniors had never felt so good (especially so since we are inferior to them heh). ahh we could have even done the ensemble section of Navras now that we know the steps HAHA!

it's been such a wonderful night. our dear seniors, we will miss you all...

ps// congrats weiliang! SAF MDC loves you, but WE love you more hahah! :)))
