[6:38 PM]
Jilyn imagines new steps before going off to bed.
Corinne watches all her dance videos.
I wait till everyone's in bed before i start coming up and trying out new steps.
but Wanhua, she dreamt of them in her sleep.
the amazing world of dance. haha. but her steps are cool nevertheless. for the first time we have something leaning more towards street. like this - video
and only today we found out that the dancers in there are Reza's friends. it's a small world indeed...
it's been dance dance dance these past few days. the steps that were taught by the student choreographers are now all over in my head and i'm just too tired to organise and revise them right now.
and this brings me to the next issue.
we are having this policy of a maximum no. of 3 student-choreographed-dances per dancer (because we still have Zaki's dances). but sadly, this only applies to the girls. we boys don't have the option of being in items that we prefer. if the choreographers need us, we have to agree no matter what and this is due to the small number of boys. as a result, we now have 5 items, not inclusive of Zaki's dances. so altogether we might have an estimated number of up to 10 items, and this, i think, is truly ridiculous.
we don't dance for a living!
we have the A levels and tons and tons of workload next year. how are we supposed divide the time equally between dance and studies? practices for the next Rapture's gonna be even more intensive beacause of the venue of the concert. i'm starting to get really worried, especially knowing how badly i had done for my promos. i can already imagine myself having the company of Mrs Ram and Mr Yoong for long hours after school next year.
Block Test 1. sigh.
anyways, i'm predicting next year's batch of SAJC students to be a little different. you'll see what i mean...
