let's see. how many Muslim boys are there in the Arts fact? 5? one doesn't take Lit. so that'll be 4 of us coming in late for Lit lecture every Friday without fail. hmm...
but that's quite fine. GP tutorial. we're gonna be banded aren't we? don't tell me they're gonna make us miss an hour worth of GP. i didn't get an A for the promos you know.
i was reading Nostalgia, the book that was given out as part of the symbolic move yesterday and came across a lengthy poem written by Mr Leonard Ong who has left SAJC for good. here, i must quote him
"...a 1000-seater Cultural Theatre, no more reasons to miss Rapture..."
*grins* who says we're gonna have Rapture in the Cultural Centre? it's ESPLANADE babeh! (add blings, glitters, spotlights, reflective substances of any kind)
for the year 2006 at least. hopefully we can have Rapture there thereafter, making it our permanent venue.
then we'll not only be the first college to have their own concert in Esplanade but also the only one to have it there permanently.
and we'll promote ourselves all around the globe and people as far as the US will be talking about Rapture by the SAJC Dance Society in Singapore
just like how we always talk about the Broadway and West End musicals.
wouldn't that be great! i know this sounds pretty impossible but what fault is there in dreaming the undreamable! besides, nothing is impossible :D
and i quote him again "...next year no air-con we'll throw a fit, don't worry boss will look into it..."
boss here referring to our Principal Mrs Lim. we take your word for it Mr Ong!
to end this post here's my favourite from Nostalgia:

that's our pretty upper cafeteria where tasty food reigns. but i still prefer the lower cafe. too many unforgettable things happened there.
that's where i caught sight of you.
