somehow i just realised that mummy's boy would be a
fairly inaccurate description of my relationship
with my mum. she bakes cakes and packs sandwiches for me only
because she knows i'm the kind of person who would rather starve
himself to save money for something he really likes.

besides i get to enjoy mum-packed food only when she's not working.
if not, it's just plain cheese sandwiches that i prepare
all by myself every morning before school.
nevertheless, i don't mind being called
a mummy's boy at all :) in fact, i would like to think
myself as one hehe.



i have a poor habit of not bringing enough
cash when i go out and having to borrow other people's money
as a result of that. it's good to a certain extent as
i would not end up spending all my money away but it won't
make any difference if i have to borrow money
from others i guess. so much for wanting to save up.
remind me to bring enough cash whenever we go out okay? haha.



flag day for MSC CIP - yet again. i'm tired of having to
thicken my skin and come up to people asking them for donations.
and i hate being ignored. people should have the decency to
at least acknowledge my presence even if they don't wish
to donate. some literally looked through me pretending i wasn't there
even when i approached and asked if they would like
to donate. and they were mostly the angmohs.
we are not beggars you whities you we are good citizens
who want to help the needy people.

remind me not to participate in anymore flag selling in the future.



talking about CIP, SGH just emailed me asking if we
would like to perform for the patients as part
of their Arts for Health programme.
we should do it! more CIP hours! but i have to
first discuss with the dancers.



the Chinese New Year celebration in school yesterday
was awesome. i loveee our new Cultural Centre. the stage is huge
and the seating arrangement ala a theatre makes performing
in school a real bliss. no one shall mention the
tiny stage we used to perform on in the school hall
at the old campus anymore, EVER.
