[10:11 PM]
As much as I hate my job, it's one of the greatest and noblest thing I've done in a long time. I may not like the excessive workload and endless quables and most importantly the politics and horrible management that come with it, but to be able to teach these kids and equip them with the necessary skils and knowledge in preparing them for the real risk and danger out there that is part of their job, it gives me great honour and satisfaction that words aren't good enough to truly put it across to you, cliche or not. I was watching the graduation video of my past 2 batches of trainees over youtube and they still give me the goosebumps, filling me up with emotions that I never managed to actually figure out what they are. I'm very grateful to have been given this awesome opportunity to finally realise what I'm truly passionate for in this period of life most boys here would regard as their worst nightmare; the NS. So I found my calling and this is what I shall pursue for the rest of my life. It's not going to be easy but I'm prepared for it because I know it's got my name written all over it.
(and I crossed path with love once again..)
